This organisation always given importance on Human Resource Development. Education play ain important role to build the nation and human resource development.

 a.      ESTABLISHMENT OF VAIRABEE ENGLISH MEDIUM SCHOOL  :-

For the educational development in the rural area this organisation established a English Medium School at Kurumpada about 250 children were studied in the School.

In addition to the above a special school for Handicapped, Residential Primary School for SC & ST were also established at Kurumpada & Lekhanpur.
