WELFARE OF SC/ ST/ OBC
Scheduled
Caste and Scheduled Tribe are most vulnerable group in the society. They are
called second class citizens and separated from other caste. As a result
these communities were socially suppressed and economically exploited
through ages. In the other hand the condition of weaker section OBCs are
facing so much of hardship for their livelihood in spite of numerous
constitution safeguards. In this educational point view the School dropout
rate among the Scheduled Caste & Scheduled Tribe are very high.
Keeping this problem this organisation
Bhairabi Club implemented various welfare and development projects for the
coverage of Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe & other Backward Communities in
Khurda and Nayagarh District of Orissa.
