Since its inception Bhairabi club provides integrated services to the PWDs through different programs. Government of India, Ministry of Social Justice & Empowerment, New Delhi   provided  funds each and every year since 1995 to implement the following Disable Welfare Programs/projects  under DEEN DAYAL DISABLE REHABILITATION SCHEME  in Khurda District.

1. Special School for  Multiple Handicapped ( MR/ Blind/ Deaf )

2. Vocational Training ( Computer / Tailoring /General Receptionist )

3. Home for the Leprosy Cured Persons

4. Community Based Rehabilitation Programme

5. Distribution of Aids & Appliances

6. Atma Nijukti Paramarsa mela for persons with disabilities

7. Rural Awareness Programme on Activities of National Trust

8. Remote Area Funding Scheme under National Trust
